My first visit to the salon. I was warmly welcomed by the ladies at the desk. I was offered water as it was such a hot day. Evanne made a lovely job of shaping and tinting my brows. She recommended your Silk package (6 appointments for a discount price) which I accepted and next week she is going to tint my lashes for me. I am very happy with the service and look forward to my next visit. Erica.

I booked for an appointment in person with Shavata as I'd reached the point where my brows needed more shape so I made the trip to her Chiswick studio to see her. She was great, asking me about my lifestyle and studying my face and then suggested a tint to get more shape. I'm really pleased with the results and how well she listened, ensuring the tint wasn't too dark for my medium brown hair. Plus the casting oil serum she suggested would help my fine brow hair I'm.actually using! I've bought similar brow roller products in the past and forgotten to use them but hers is more delicate & for some reason feels quite tactile and is easy to deftly roll over your brows for some glistening effect through the day while boosting the strength of your brow hair. So far, I think its an excellent product but time will tell if my brows start thickening.

Very professional salon. My eyebrows were threaded and looked amazing and framed my face. The ladies know what they are doing here. It was my first visit, and I found the ladies to be very pleasant and welcoming. I would return and visit regularly.

This was not my first time doing a brow lamination at Shavata’s.Before I was always very satisfied with the service, the result would last me 3,4 weeks. I did the lamination 2 days ago and its like I’ve done nothing. The lady said she would leave the product longer for longer results. Well, after just 2 days, and following all the instructions of not washing face, brushing, etc its like I’ve done nothing. I would’ve done it again somewhere else, but I don't want to use the chemicals on my brows all over again after just 2 days and risk my brows falling.

Highly recommend Gorrett at Shavata, Chiswick. She's a professional when it comes to shaping my eyebrows, and has a depth of beauty know-how. I like that she consults me at the start of the process, and half way through - to check if I am happy. I am. Always a consistently high service with a very personable style. Thanks Gorrett.

Was amazing from the second I chose Shavata Singh. I called, had questions & the team was lovely & knowledgable. The salon is clean, bright and relaxing. My therapist Manpreet was friendly & efficient. Went for Brow tint, shape, lamination & lash tint. I left with well framed face, and my thin brows are 100% better! Call & go, you won’t be disappointed. 10/10

Amazing salon with great customer service. My brows always look great and the therapists always listens to how you would like the brows. I always leave feeling pleased with the service and the outcome of my brows.

I have super thin brows from over plucking. Anita is a true artist and like magic creates gorgeous eyebrows for me that look so natural. Highly recommend.
