Perfect Nails Croydon

Terrible customer service. The female business owner is exceptionally ill mannered and takes offence if you ask for a specific person to do your nails and not her. I've been coming to one the guys in there for years and she refuses to be courteous to me because of it. I will be going to another shop next fortnight

Absolutely zero customer service. My hand was smacked at in order to indicate I should hold my fingers stiff at different times instead of asking. At one point I asked for a third coat of polish as it looked nothing like the color swatch I saw with only two and he tried to convince me otherwise, and then did it hastily and without as much attention when I asked again. When I got up to wash my hands another customer sat in my chair and began to get her nails done so that it felt like an inconvenience for me to even pay them. They charge more than the nail salon right across the street, my friend and I that went together and spent £100 a month will be going there instead next time.

Not clean - there's an ashtray with a budda full of cigarette butts on the floor - and the female technician is rude and pushy, lying that it's a 30 min wait when you'll be waiting for 1 hour+. They also rush your nails to try and get the fed up and annoyed customers seen faster, resulting in a set of nails not worth the money (wonky and chipped in my case).

Nice place, quick service if you turn up or you can book an appointment, good prices. Gel/shellac chipped by the end of the second week though so I get SNS here, which is great, lovely colour.

Was upset when I first found out the owner changed but to be honest it's still brilliant. They are always lovely and polite and I always love my nails. The prices are really good too and they have loyalty cards

The young man who has done my nails is horrible with a bad attitude. The jobs have been rushing. He also ignores every single thing I ask for. Never come back here and definitely not recommend it to anyone

I love this nail salon me and my mum go here all the time and the staff are very friendly and kind despite language barrier they’ll always aim to give you best quality nails. They’re gentle and efficient when handling nails and never disappoint. My nails usually last 6 weeks definitely worth while.

Absolutely disgusting service no one listens to me when they cut me multiple times I ended up leaving without my nails being painted and was still charged £25
