Very poor treatment and customer service - would not recommend.

Came here last October, this lady kept me waiting in reception for half an hour, didn’t even bother to check where her client was, then kicked up a fuss about removing my acrylic extensions AND made my fingers bleed SO badly I had to put plasters on them when I got back to my office. Would not recommend at all. Really unprofessional and made me feel super uncomfortable.

Had the apres gels done, they were amazing and looked gorgeous, i had loads of compliments. I'm looking to book again soon for a function i have coming up :)
