10/10 service. Staff were friendly, accommodating, and responsive to my preferences. The attention to detail was fantastic, great value for money. Would recommend and will also be returning.

I did shellac on my hands and normal polish on my feet and both where bad painted.Moreover the shape of my hand nails is not very good. As I was disappointed I went the next day to ask for a refund but they didn’t want to give. They offered to re do it that moment or the next day for me but I was traveling and then it wasn’t possible. In general the communication is pretty bad because of the language with some employees. I have heard complains from other people as well and unfortunately I won’t come back.

Had the pleasure of having Heshew do my hair, she was super sweet and very professional. Olaplex treatment was 10/10 really gave my bleached hair life again. Very good service from the rest of the staff who were polite and helpful giving me advice on how to keep my hair healthy.

Had mini pedicure today with Rebecca, procedure took 1hour, although without soaking my toes look very tidy ☺️. Enjoyed.

This is my regular for mani/pedi and hair, always met with a high standard of service, patience and warmth by everyone who works here (and I’m a pretty fussy customer!).

They do gelX/Apres nails too but have a great range of other options and have used them to style my hair for weddings and events as well as for my standard cut/blow dry. Always love it and keep coming back!

Awful place, some of the staff are lovely but one is extremely rude and unprofessional and made me feel SO uncomfortable, and the salon was dirty with old nail clippings on the table and the roof dripped all over me. Half my nails fell off after 24 hours. I was told the member of staff I had a bad experience with was on trial and was no longer at the business but I can see from the most recent reviews on Treatwell this was a lie. Absolutely no apology given by anyone for my awful experience. I have now been chasing a refund for over a month. The salon themselves refused to give me an full refund. Booked through Treatwell and even Treatwell can’t get in touch with them for a refund!

This place used to be called Bhueti and they recently changed their name. I’m going to tell you exactly why - they ruined my hair (and I’m sure many others). I had perfect virgin hair and the hair stylist completely burnt my hair. It’s been over a year and it still hasn’t recovered. I even went in a day before to make sure they knew what they were doing and promised me it was good to go. The following day I returned, excited to dye my hair, and was ready. As soon as they dyed my hair, blow dry AND treatment, I noticed my hair was snapping. My boyfriend noticed it as soon as I got in the car and he noticed my hair just looked a lot shorter. This was because of the burning in my hair and the products used. They should not have dyed my hair, if they didn’t know how to, and a year later, I am suffering. I use hair masks, oils and natural treatments to get my hair back but it will NEVER be the same. This is the worst place and if you care about your hair. DO NOT EVEN THINK ABOUT BOOKING WITH THEM. They changed their name for a reason!!

Amazing experience, as always - beautiful nails and hair. Gorgeous blow dry with my difficult hair ( extra long, extra blonde and with extensions). 5 star customer service. Made me feel very special. Thanks and definitely will be returning 😊
