Ami Brow & Lash Bar

I want to write such a big review about this place but i will try and keep it as short as i possibly can. there's just too much to compliment. Ami is gentle and extremely kind hearted and polite. i noticed that she has a great relationship with all her clients that were coming in. her services are amazing. i usually have a problem with my eyebrows as they are slightly unequal. she did such a great job that i cant tell the difference between them. the waxing was better than all the salons ive been to so far in rugby as i am always left with a few tiny hairs that break off instead of being pulled out due to their waxing method or the wax whichever it is. but not this time! highly recommend!!!!! Thank you Ami ❤

I ONLY go to Ami Brow Bar & now my daughter attends too.

The staff are friendly and so attentive, the service is second to none & I’ve never had a bad experience there.
I usually book in with Kam, because she knows exactly how I like my brows shaped & tinted.

I’m waiting for Ami to add Microblading to the salons list of specialty treatments.

Other Brow bars have come & gone in the town but Ami & her team of excellent therapists have withstood the challenges this incredibly difficult industry presents.

5* service & highly recommended.

Hi I would recommend Ami Brow and Lash Bar 100%. I moved into the area three years ago and I went to another place which destroyed my eyebrows and made them to thin. Then I came across Ami Brow and Lash Bar and they have helped transform my eyebrows. I'm so happy I found Ami Brow and Lash Bar I'm so happy with my eyebrows and everyone who see my brows always ask me where I got them done. The ladies are amazing as well. I have uneven, differently shaped eyebrows naturally. I’ve always struggled finding someone who can make them look even and matching. I used to live in the US and had one person who did an amazing job after lots of searching so when I moved here I was worried about finding the right salon. After some trial and error I finally came to Ami’s and my brows are back to being exactly what I want them to be. I get a lot of compliments on how they look. I’m very happy with their service and talent. The ladies working there are very nice and listen to what you want and make sure you’re happy before you leave. Highly recommend!

Ami is the best eyebrow lady in Warwickshire by far. Always takes her time out to ensure I'm happy with my eyebrows. Very friendly women, very professional, I wouldnt use anyone but her. Staff are all friendly. Shop is very clean and comfortable to be in. Would highly recommend this salon.

I am always sceptical doing my eyebrows somewhere as beauticians tend to tint my eyebrows very dark. But Amy was Brilliant. The colour looks awesome and natural and so is shape. Highly recommend.

Great problem solving/customer service, Lovely eyebrow threading, eyebrows have never been shaped that well
Howere there was a Bit of a struggle at first which shocked me and the company/beautishion as it doest usually happen with lashes but they were very happy to fix it and make sure I got the survive and produce I needed. And very apologetic
First time eyelashes fell off within days so must have a been a one off and a mistake and they were very happy to fix the problem as it's doesnt usual to happen so we're unhappy that customer was unhappy so fixed them and redid them for me.
Very good customer service.
Things aren't ever perfect or go right but whe they were happy to fix the wrong and leave you satisfyed.
