There should be no stars for this bad behaving lady. I asked her to remove few more hair from my eyebrows and she said that she had made them alright and no need to ask for a change. She was too rude and to add to my already shocking self she told me not to come again when I questioned her on how she treats her customer. Never again..

Booked for a facial the day before my wedding and got a nasty surprise when the untrained beautician neglected to cover my chest area with a towel and then triggered boiling water on my chest leaving me with a large burn which tore my skin. I was in A&E for hours and had to wear a bandage on my wedding day, lets hope it doesnt scar.

Unprofessional and unqualified people posing as beauticians.

1. Worst eyebrows ever. Irregularly shaped. Please avoid
2. Did the mistake of going there again. I went there at 5.15 and very politely asked the lady if the place is still open, to which she smilingly said 'yes, come' . And then when I sat on the chair, she said she was just closing up, and starting to do her accounts, to which I said it's fine if she doesn't want to do it. But she decided to continue. A couple of seconds later, some other ladies with kids came there and she said a big hi to them, anyone can easily assume they were her friends. She finished doing my eyebrows in a minute, and when I looked in the mirror, my left eyebrow was visibly much smaller than the right. I told her that, to which she replied I already had defective eyebrows. I denied and said can you thin out the right one too so that it looks even, to which she said she is getting late and needs to go and saying this she filled up my left eyebrow with a pencil. And showed me the mirror. I said I am not good at drawing my eyebrows, she didn't care and said 5£. Horrible experience, unforgivable customer service, absolute mistreatment. This lady needs to go for good. I don't know how she is working there. Nobody should go to her. 5£ for spoiling my thick eyebrows, not done at all.

Awful! Worst experience. Used the same dye pot for 3 of us. Used the same glove for the 2 of us, managed to get eyebrow dye on both of our cheeks, attempted to wipe it off. Great concentration on threading untill this lady took half my eyebrow off!!. When looking in the mirror the dye was everywhere, i asked her to level it out and the response was its because your other eyebrow is different. (My eyebrows where not different) This place left the 3 of us with eyebrow dye smudged all on our faces, places where the dye shouldnt even be.
Shame!

I specifically told the lady to do a “clean up” for my brows but she ended up threading both my eyebrows so thin! I ended up crying on the spot and she said my eyebrows look fine when it took me a whole year to grow my eyebrows! She then drew on them and said you look perfectly fine! I did not care that there were a lot of people there seeing me cry I was in shock! PLEASE I BEG. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST. what a way to start my new year. I told her I’ll never forgive her for doing me like that and she never apologised. It’s the lady with the hijab. AVOID. AVOID. AVOID.

They ruined my friends brows and didn't even have the common decency to apologise. Terribly unprofessional staff.

Worst place ever. Started by asking to thread my eyebrows and specifically said I don't like thin brows, please keep natural shape and just tidy up. She ripped my eyebrows off!!!!!! I've got two lines instead of brows and she almost ripped my eyes together with the brows. Horrible, disappointed and just want to cry.
Keep away from this place!
