I have had the pleasure of working with Heather as I got married yesterday, she came into a house of slight chaos and calmed us all!
Right from the start of our first meeting in her lovely salon I was put right at my ease, I'm not really one to be pampered so I'm probably among the more nervous of a beauticians customers, Heather has a wonderful way about her that is completely trustworthy.
A great sense of humour and knows her products instinctively.
On the morning of our wedding we were time restricted but nothing was rushed, she stayed with us to perfect the last layer of shimmery eye shadow and could not have been more helpful and accomodating.
Heather played a big part in making this tomboy feel beautiful and happy on such a special day, I wish her all the very best for continued success as she truly deserves it.

Incredibly relaxing atmosphere for facials/massages, great high quality service with high quality products. Also have gel nails done here which are also great quality that have made my natural nails stronger. Heather’s salon is perfect in every way. Not only is it set in an idyllic location the salon itself is such a relaxing and calming environment, you just know that Heather has created her own area of paradise for her clients.
Heather first shaped and tinted my eyebrows. When she showed me the finished result I couldn’t believe that I actually had eyebrows to tint. They look amazing.
I have been using a selection of Environ products since the beginning of the year. The lockdowns, the prospect of turning 50 and being an ex-smoker had really taken its toll on my skin. I have to confess that I really have become addicted Environ. My skin hasn’t looked and felt so good since my 20s. It doesn't just look healthy, it is healthy. Heather really believes in Environ and I do to. There is no other skin care product like it.
As part of my Environ journey, I also booked in with Heather to have an Environ facial. Everything was perfect. Heather talked me through each of the stages so I would know what to expect. Heather’s attention to detail also really impressed me, from laying out the head band on the bed, so she didn’t have to lift my head and disturb me once I was laying down, to having a cylindrical cushion under my knees for added comfort. I have never felt so relaxed and pampered.
Thank you, Heather, for such a wonderful experience, your talent and dedication shines through. I didn’t want to leave and go home. I’ll definitely be coming back for more!
