Hot stone massage was good level of pressure and massage overall good. However brightness of room not attended to. Massage bed did not have hole for face to breath through so uncomfortable neck at times. Beds have been replaced with smaller less comfy beds. Just some attention to detail missing that would have made a good massage a really lovely experience

Friendly service, lovely and cool inside the main shop das well as the treatment rooms. My therapist put me at ease right away and whilst it costs more than other salons,
The extra cost is well worth it for the service delivered. Already booked my next treatment .

Place is lovely, staff are very attentive. I've seen 3 different members of staff for waxing and nails. All very friendly. Waxing was a lot more comfortable than past experiences. A little more expensive but you are getting a high standard if treatment. Waxes much more comfortable than other places and the gel nails lasted a lot longer than other places I've had them done. Hygiene is of a high standard.

Worst gel nails I’ve ever had…
First my nails where damaged when removing the previous gel very roughly.
I then Picked a colour from the very few colours to choose from.
The lady cut my nails way too short! I asked for them a little shorter but she just went for it and chopped them all off. She then filed them very roughly leaving all kinds of jagged edges!
The gel polish was applied with a big gap at the nail bed so they already looked grown out… I asked if she could get closer and she said no.
Some nails had lumpy polish or gaps where she had missed parts down the sides.
This experience lasted an hour and a half and I could have easily done a better job myself even with my left hand! I wouldn’t be surprised if I was told she had never done nails before.
Definitely not worth the price they charge!

I absolutely loved my pedicure. Adela was both professional and just so down to earth. Incredibly accommodating. I felt really relaxed and love love love my finish result. Toes looked ready to be worn in sandles!

What a fantastic deep tissue massage! I would definitely recommend it. My shoulders felt 2 inches lower afterwards. And it was a very strong massage which was impressive. Will be booking back in again.

I love coming here for my monthly facials with Holly. My skin is always glowing when I leave and she is always happy to have a chat during the session or to work in silence depending on what I want. The whole team at Luminis are lovely and I couldn’t recommend this salon more

I have regular facials with Rehana and they are my favourite thing! I always leave feeling so relaxed and refreshed. Rehana is so professional and her attention to detail doesn’t go unnoticed. She explains everything so well, which i love because you feel educated on what you’re paying for. Looking forward to my next treatment!x
