Very happy with my eyelash extension. Very natural looking just as I asked. Will definitely go back to Lauren and recommend her.

I’ve never done anything to my lashes before so I was apprehensive about getting a lash lift and tint but I booked anyway and did a patch test, when I got my lashes done the shop was very clean and the staff were lovely. I am very pleased with the results and will definitely be coming again. Highly recommend.

first time i came here, chose the place based on the reviews, I believe now that the happy customers of this saloon never have been to a place that provides a great service if they would recommend this one. Been here for a pedicure, the lady clearly had no idea what she was doing, she has no skills and no talent. My feet didn’t go into water, first time in my life I had a “dry” pedicure, can’t work a file, my feet look pretty much the same as before she started, took longer to get the nail polish done right than with the whole rest. Worst pedicure I ever had. I think nowadays this ladies buy their qualifications from eBay, but anyway seems like everyone can be a beautician. zero quality

Had a full body spray tan today, Freya was amazing, really informative on which tan is best. It is the best spray tan I have ever had, I’m fair skinned and never tan, I look like I have been in Barbados for 2 weeks, streak free. I love it!!!

I came all the way from watford to have my individual eyelashes done with Sam @thebeautyshack. An amazing experience my eyelashes look wonderful. She listened to exactly what I wanted. I wanted them natural looking, I love my lashes. She was so gentle, I even fell sleep. Nice salon lovely girls. I’ll be coming here always for my lashes. Thanks Sam x thanks girls x see you soon

Gave some feedback in a positive manner and had my appointment cancelled. Wasn't rude at all. Just gave feedback in a diplomatic way about rescheduling appointment policy and was cancelled. Definitely not good business ethics. Shame as now wont recommended . Shame as the girl that did my lashes was very good but not to keep on way the business is run..

Ive been going to the Beauty Shack for ages!! I have regular lash extentions and have had previous LVLs and brows done.
All services have been amazing!
All girls that work there are amazing and so so friendly, always put me at easy and making sure im comfortable before starting treatments.
Always offer if I want to communicate during my treatment or offer relaxing silent treatments, (although a lash nap is the best thing ever)
I can not fault these ladies! Thank you for everything!
