I honestly love my nails, Tash helped me decided on what nails and I ended up getting structured acrylics. The technique was amazing and she took her time perfecting them. Couldn't recommend her enough.

The staff here are lovely, professional and friendly. Molly did a great job by explaining the procedure, making sure I was ok, and tips on how to care for my lashes. I'm really happy with the results!!

Had a heavenly hot stone massage by Lynda today. I knew I needed a massage but didn’t know quite how much I needed it. Thank you for easing my aches and pains and for getting rid of my knots. See you next month for another one

This was the first time I'd visited Urban Calm, 40A Burscough Street, Ormskirk to have my nails done. I made my appointment on-line for Monday 24th February 2020 to have acrylic infills, and gel French polish. The cost was £29.50, £4.50 dearer than other nail bars in Ormskirk. Although I booked my appointment with Tasha, Linda did my nails! By Saturday 29th one of my nails had popped off, so I returned to the salon to have it replaced. By the following Friday, 6th March, another nail had popped off. I didn't bother returning to the salon as my remaining nails looked as if they'd been on for weeks, and several were lifting. Very disappointed, and I wouldn't recommend this salon for nails.

I was there at3 pm on 25/05/21for 1 hr facial and1 hr full body massage in total 2 HR paid £80 Only received 1 and half hr treatment . facial and body massage is awful she was put a cleaning bowel and product on the other bed!instead of sitting with trolleys on top above of head like the other girl did , All I can hear is her walking across to get product wash off the other end of the bed with walking shoe step whole session. It's was awful. This treatment was No afford init at all. Next time I will asked for Linda only as she did good job on my Frist facial visit.

Absolutely love it here, have had shellac/ acrylic nails and had my brows done and couldn’t pick a single fault with either. The girls are so lovely it’s such a nice place to be.
