I went for a manicure and I asked for normal polish to be applied I ended up with shellac, which I did not want but only realised once I left the salon. Upon returning to get the shellac polish taken off my nails were ground and whatever was used to take off the polish has now left my nails in an appalling weak state. I have nice nails. I went back to my normal salon who was horrified at the state of my nails, which are breaking and weak. I shall never go back to this salon plus the fact that the manicurist did not speak English so therefore did not understand what I wanted is extremely poor.

Hello , I would like to get a refund as I’m not happy with the results and the quality of how they look, and having paid £55 for nails that are meant to “last longer, not even 24hours and i have a nail that has completely come off. I am not happy as I was told the type if method was that was used to do my nail was suppose to last longer did the complete opposite I am really unhappy and would like a refund because this is unacceptable. I also have photos as proof that this standard is poor considering the amount I have paid.

The first 2 hours of having my nails done on thumb came, the next day left was has come of by 2:00 pm

I have never paid so much for a “long lasting nail” and for it not even to last 24 hours is more then frustrating as I spent quite a lot of money - I would like to know what actions would be taken as u can understand my frustration

My wife highly recommends Val, now at Touch of Beauty, for her waxing services. She is always professional, thorough and makes my wife feel both at ease and in very capable hands. My wife has followed Val here because she truly is unrivalled in her field.

Val is amazing. In the whole of London I only get (Hollywood) waxed by her because she makes it as painless and quick as possible. Highly recommend!

I made an appointment with a hairdresser and made sitting arrangements as well as work arrangements to take the time off.

The place did not call telling me the hairdresser had to leave and promised I was in good hands when they suggested I had my appointment with someone else.

We agreed on about 15cm off. Carla cut 30cm off with absolutely no technique so I couldn’t even ask to fix anything otherwise I would have left with a men’s cut. I now need to wait a year to chop this irregular mess off.
Not to mention the blow dry was really bad - it’s faded as I type.

I’m devastated.

And that is not to mention the hygiene of the place. Or that the manicurist nearly tore my fingers. And still took so long I had to leave before she got to the nail polish part.

I can’t advise you to stay away from this place enough.

Avoid at all costs, I had my hair done (balayage and haircut) here yesterday. I was pretty convinced the stylist did not know what she was doing. I showed a photo initially of what colour I wanted a warm honey, caramel colour, ended up with a bright yellow hair with a tinge of green. It was all so promising at the beginning and the end result is BAD! Not to add it took 6 hours to complete this mess.

Went for full highlights and had a terrible experience, they made me wait and took 6 hours (for a 3 hour service) they wouldnt let me have my treatment without adding loads of extras at great expense. They have damaged and bleached all of my hair and left me with chunky roots. The only service I wanted was to get my roots touched up and they have left me looking worse with bright yellow hair. I consider this a scam and will be complaining to treatwell. The language barrier was an issue, I explained what I wanted and that is not what I received, or even close. Do not go.

Shockingly bad, I would give zero stars if I could. The hair stylist burned my scalp with the hair dryer. Additionally they washed my hair with a kettle - boiling it and then combining with cold water at the basin. This is not safe. My hairdresser did not have strong English skills and other people had to translate for her, which resulted in misunderstandings. Additionally it was extremely busy and crowded, and not all of the staff were wearing masks. I would absolutely not recommend.
