I have been a customer for long time & recently experienced the most painful unfinished wax & the rudeness attitude from customer service. I have been brused & Hair still remains in my body & I have been called a lier. Will not recommend anymore & will let social media & local authority know as I have lost over £80. Do not use them as they don't have legal qualified experienced staff

Do not trust this beauty salon as they have not waxed my partner properly, they left her body brushed & hair was still not been removed, they are rude & they will not provide full refund, but they will call you a lier. Totally unacceptable as they don't have qualified legal staff, don't waist your money

Firstly she waxed down on to my eyelids and the wax dropped into my tear duct. She had to slowly pick it out. She waxed a giant bald patch in the middle of my eyebrow and didn’t even say anything. It wasn’t until I got into my car that I really noticed it and got a refund.

I had an amazing service from the lady who did my nails! She was so nice and listened to my preferences. I would recommend Pari’s beauty salon to everyone! 😊

The manicure I had here was one of the worst manicure I have ever had. The shellac removal was dreadful, she grazed my finger with the file so the rest of the manicure was stingy. When applying the shellac she only dipped the brush in the base coat one time…. For my entire hand. The polish was applied horribly unevenly. It was thick at the base of the nail and pooled into the cuticle. The tops of the nails were thin and bendy. She left debris from the filing under the nail so they were thin, bendy AND uncomfortable. She didn’t use a no wipe top coat and she didn’t wipe it. She applied oil instead of wiping the residue so it was sticky and clammy and oily. It was in general the worst manicure and I will never be returning. I had no time to argue with her has the whole process (a colour change) took an hour. I ended up paying £27 for a polish change which is extortion. I had to get a baby sitter to watch my kids so I could get the mess corrected professionally by a technician who knew what they were doing. Just an embarrassing mess. I don’t think the women in this salon are actually trained. I would avoid manicures here at all costs.

Don't know what they are doing, completely damaged my nails and have ignored my attempts to contact them, avoid!

Went in today to have Russian Volume eyelash extensions (have had these at many other salons previously so know what the service entails). Russian volumes take 2 hours to complete and are individual lashes which I have never paid less than £60 for! Arrived at 5pm and I as shown different cluster lash lengths the technician only used one length of lashes for my whole eye and done a strip of clusters (no individuals at all) by 5:30pm I was done and they said I should pay £65! I queried the service I had received as it was not a full set of Russian volume at all it was a set of quickly done cluster lashes. The lady I spoke with tried to say there was a misunderstanding and charged me £45 however this was still a ridiculous price for a set of lashes I could have done in any hairdressers for about £15! My eye is now stinging and sore and I am positive these won’t last at all! Do not go here for lash extensions!
