LONGBROOK SALON

I recently visited this salon and although I am not one to normally write reviews I wanted to take the time to comment on what a brilliant service and cut I received.
On arrival I was greeted by a warm and friendly receptionist who made me feel very comfortable for the short wait before being seen by James who is the male stylist.

I usually have a standard cut but was open to suggestions and trialling something a bit different, James was excellent at recommending some options and more importantly being honest with his opinion on whether he thinks it would actually suit me!

The finished cut was spot on and it was nice to have a hairdresser that took the time to ensure I was happy and not feel rushed.

I cannot speak highly enough of my experience at this salon and would recommend it to anyone thinking about going.

great place - after a lot of difficulty finding somewhere after moving to exeter, my partner went here after being let down at another location and loved it. Friendly staff, great location and great service. She is now a regular and talks non stop about the place and staff - well done to them. My partner would definitely give them more than 5 stars

Had a beautiful cut and blow dry this morning with the lovely James. Such a pleasure to chat to him and I left my appointment with my hair looking the best it has in a long while. Thank you so much! The salon which has recently had a mini makeover itself was beaut, a very relaxing environment for some much needed me time.

A friendly salon with extremely knowledgeable and caring stylists. Highly recommend, especially for people looking for cuts or styles that aren't your typical barber shop trends.

I would thoroughly recommend this salon. The staff are all friendly and professional, and there is always a warm welcome. The salon is very well equipped and spacious, so there is never the feeling of being squashed in. The staff also take their time in a relaxed and soothing atmosphere. James is the best stylist I have ever met, very talented and friendly. Nothing is too much trouble. There is also the bonus of a state-of-the-art coffee machine!

Have been using Longbrook Salon for over 10 years now and cannot speak highly enough of the estlabishhment and what they do. From the moment you walk in, to the moment you leave it's a great experience that is unriveled in Exeter.

If you’re a lady with short hair, you need to get booked on with James! It’s so hard to find a stylist whose not scared to be daring and creative and cut your hair into something edgy and different.. it’s so refreshing to go to a salon and not have to direct the professional but to trust them to have you leaving looking great!

And the hot chocolate is above average too 😊
