Had a set of lash extensions and my nails done at The Blossom Clinic for my friends wedding and was please with both end results. Great sparkly nails and lovely long lashes. Excellent value and brilliant service, lovely clinic and friendly welcoming staff

I've been to Blossom Clinic lots of times for various treatments including, tear trough filler, HD brows and lash tint also manicure and pedicures. I have had a few of the ladies for these treatments they are all so friendly and kind and make you feel relaxed. I will continue to use Blossom Clinic for all beauty treatments I want and would not want to go anywhere else as they are all so professional and know exactly what they are doing and you can trust. Everytime I have gone in all the ladies have made an effort to talk to me

The best beauticians around! I have used a few beauticians for various things but the staff at Blossom are by far the very best.
Kayleigh has been doing my lashes for a very long time now and is amazing at what she does. 15/10 for customer service!!! She the loveliest person and always goes above and beyond to accommodate customers. She is very professional, really knows her stuff and takes great care of me and updates me on my natural lashes. I really look forward to my appointments.
I have been impressed by all of the staff at Blossom. If you are looking for professional beauticians who give fantastic results, take the very best care of their customers and are a joy to spend time with then this is the place to visit!

I don't like writing negative reviews but feel this is a must with the lash technicians at The Blossoms Clinic.
We had 2 very bad experiences firstly with my daughter, we had bought her a voucher & she wanted her lashes doing.
She booked with Kayley - Classic Lash Extensions as she had a celebration to go to on a Saturday evening & was excited about getting them done.
After 1 day the lashes on one eye completely fell out, we called Blossoms & spoke to Kayley she insinuated that she hadn't cared for them properly.
This was complete nonsense she hadn't got them wet & did everything that was advised.
We both went into the Clinic & was told she was too busy to help as she had to get her daughter to a birthday party, I was disgusted!! The after sales service was non existent. We pleaded with her to re do the eye which she eventually did, we felt that my daughter was an inconvenience & not valued!!
The 2nd experience was last week when my sons fiance booked to get her lashes & brows done with Charlotte a few days before flying to Spain. She paid £90 + gave Charlotte a £10 tip.
After a few hours one of her eyes became extremely bloodshot & she couldn't see out of it.
She messaged Charlotte who stated she'd never had this happen before & it was nothing to do with anything she had done or used on her. My sons fiancé's eye was getting worse & she was worried about flying in 48 hours, she messaged Charlotte back who advised her to take them off herself.... (Really?)....
She went to the Pharmacy explained what had happened & paid for Antihistamines & eye drops, which did help.
Again there was ABSOLUTELY NO customer Service!! Charlotte kept stating they were 'Self Employed'.
What this has to do with helping an anxious person who is just about to fly overseas & is worried about their sight I really have no idea.
I would not recommend ANYBODY getting lashes done at The Blossoms Clinic, there is Zero After service.
We went into the Clinic & Julia was so gracious & kept apologising but this was not her place to apologise.
The other lady was stood in there & stated she should not take the lashes off herself.
Total contradiction to what Charlotte had messaged.
The ladies are very quick to take your money but future clients beware IF you have any issues, you really are on your OWN!!

I have Been using the blossom clinic for about a year now, always a pleasure, and always happy with my brows and lashes, it's a beautiful clinic and the staff are always very welcoming. Best place I have found for a very long time.

I was meant to have the O2 laser... She completely messed up my hole in my week because I took it off from work walked out the place crying. She never gave me a pre paperwork or ran through anything with me and to the day. Upset all weekend because I took 3-weeks organising it all... Phoned up and left messages which no one ever got back to me. Only once what she didn't mention is that I was not allowed fake tan on the day. Which if I would have known I could have took it off the night before easily and then tried it again in the morning so that was not one little bit on me but no she didn't tell me this would be a problem. Her lack of communication and upfront paperwork has disgraced me. Now she has blocked me... So I can't make an appointment with her even though I was just about to pay her £700. I would never bother go and never again and I'd rather pay more than let someone that doesn't care about how people feel. She certainly no good at her job. Horrible woman.

Have been a customer since Blossom Clinic since opening and have been for a few different treatments. Every staff member I’ve encountered has been lovely and very professional and friendly. The salon itself is beautiful.
Have seen Arwen many times who has always been thorough and always been so happy with my results.
Highly recommend 😊

I just have to say how much I love coming to this Salon.
All the staff are fantastic, very professional and the owner 'Arwen' is always so very polite and warm.
