Only called up to see if you needed an appointment for acrylics and the woman on the phone was so rude and blunt had no basic communication skills, sounded uneducated and lacked any sort of charisma in her delivery over the phone. Definitely need to get someone else answering the phone. Has completely put me off going there.

Really bad experience phoned to enquire about acrylic nails, got told yes they can do them booked an appointment only to be called back ten minutes later to say it needed to be cancelled as they only have one lady that does one set a day at 12.30pm?!? Then got a call the following day to say they could do them and I could go at the original time! Got there and guess what, they couldn't do them as they only have one person who does them once a day ! Left totally confused 😐 the ladies I spoke to we're pleasant enough but by the end of it I was left thinking 'blimey forget it!' Not professional at all I'm afraid 😳

Very poor lady put some sort of gel on my daughters nails that was not set correctly and caused water to seep under causing green nail fungle. Avoid

Lovely and relaxing, efficient service with a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended. (-:👯
