It was so easy to book online, Rachel did my wax and was brilliant. She made me feel so comfortable for the entire thing. I’ll be coming back again soon for sure!

The lady was very nice and pleasant, recieved me with a smile and made me relax. What was asked to do was what was recieved in the best possible way my face looks alot tidier ☺. Thank you for the brilliant atmosphere.

Glow did a Pamper Party for my 11 year's birthday with 5 other friends, and it was brilliant. There were mocktails and cupcakes, and the therapists did nails and make-up - they were so patient, lovely and chatty with the girls. They all had an amazing time, looked fabulous when made up, and really enjoyed their experiences. Thoroughly recommend!

I’m neurodivergent and can often find new experiences quite confronting, but the staff were amazing from start to finish and the therapist took time to understand what I was looking for. I was instantly at ease and the session was really amazing. I will definitely be back!
