I recently purchased dior savage parfum and i have the aftershave aswell, i went to spray it to find out after maybe am hour or 2 the smell had gone. I paid £112 for the parfum aswell and i was very annoyed at the fact the parfum is meant to be stronger than the aftershave however it last almost less than half of the aftershave time, i went to the store to ask for a refund however they were rude and refused, i am not happy about this i know that the perfume is not genuine as it smells heavily water based and not strong, very shocking customer service, DO NOT BUY THE DIOR SAVAGE PARFUM!!’

Used to be good. Glad they stock elf and nyx make up now. But I've been several times in the past month or so and the shelves are ALWAYS empty!!! It's so annoying.

I just wish they stop putting signs up saying half price but at till says full price, and when you tell them sign saying half price, they just say my till says full price, please stop confusing customer,,

Good store. Full of women customers. Masked staff. We wore masks but not many other customers, and no one told them to put them on.
Floor staff not able to help with finding what we wanted... was clueless.. even the senior sales person did not know.
busy at the check out counters..
little awkward if you are a wheelchair user, or a disabled person.... its like a snake line... there is a display shelf where you snake around to get tobthe tills... not really conducive for a smooth walk/queue to move with a mobility issue.
if they did not have that "dividing " shelf " display before the 3 tills.. one could stand easily etc..

but staff at the tills masked , and friendly.

I mostly visit the pharmacy. The staff are superb. They are kind, considerate and caring. I cannot praise them enough for all they have done for our family for many years. Thank you to all of the staff at Boots Pharmacy, Townsmoor, Blackburn.

Love the points scheme in boots. The reason why I'm giving it a 3 star us mostly due to my bad experience of ordering the app. When you order it takes an awful long time for your order to appear on your account and delivery is so so slow
