Hello. I so happy to for my service and the help I received from one of your staff her name is Amran. She is so lovely and had patience with me while she was helping me to take my photos. She was too nice and helpful. If you can tell her I gave her review and I was grateful for her help would me nice. Thank you boots. Have a wonderful time at work definitely I will come back again and again this shop is my favourite 🤩 now

Went to nars and huda beauty section in boots Liverpool Street station. I was seen by Alina (hope spelling is correct) and she was amazing. Really attentive and patient. Wonderful service.

Lovely and helpful check-out staff on this boots as well as on Estee lauder department sale and many more, unfortunately, no one is ever present at channel department(better to avoid ) as you are waiting a lot and then the customer service not worth it, buy online if you like the brand.

Good size Boots with most of what you need. Self-checkout means you can get in/out quickly before running for your train :) Staff are helpful too.

The white lady who served me on the Bare Minerals counter today was so nice in recommending products. I knew what I wanted since I did my research before going to the counter and she did a wonderful matchup for concealor and bronzer. Love this brand and the products... they are my staples!! Most of the Bare Minerals counters are generally understaffed/never staffed when I visit and they never have the shades I need. I have tried a few other products with the lady and will definitely go back for more next year! Thank u so much for the excellent, unhurried, not pushy at all service!!

I stood for 10 mins trying to buy some aftershave. Told by the lady working at Dior inside boots, ‘she doesn’t work here and would get someone to help’. She then proceeded to help a man who wasn’t interested in buying anything and wanted free aftershave for a party. She then helped a woman who wanted aftershave for her father. In the end no help arrived and had to walk away.

At the self checkouts, which are mostly used as no one at the till, their are tiny cameras inserted into the screens. These record each individual's face UP CLOSE. I think this is OTT and a breach of privacy. Fair enough have CCTV but this is too far

Absolutely appalling service and attitude from the blue sweater woman in charge of Chanel.
I purchased my usual Chanel Bleu EDT and never have seen this service from Boots Liverpool St where I have been a regular customer for many many years.
This is bad , and very bad .
Boots I understand you need to retrain this staff
