Boots

Boots opticians....I spent a few hours getting my eyes tested for new glasses and contact lenses. The glasses and contacts were so strong I couldn't wear either of them. Such a waste of time and money. Doesn't help that the optician is about 100 years old. Can't ever go back there after this.

Boots Epsom is newly refurbished, cool air-conditioning, very clean with a great selection of products and stock. Staff are helpful and nice. A nice experience.

Boots management should go and see how Dischem displays and markets their stock and services .
I found Boots dispensing staff very helpful while their other staff would be more helpful if they were cardboard cutouts.

Only a brief visit to have a free hearing test. Nice, knowledgeable person undertaking the test and all on time too.

All sorts of brands there, but for some that i find really top notch ones not enough assortment. For example, La Roche which i find excellent skin care brand they only have like 4 products. Otherwise, a place where you can shop 'til you drop!

Can never get hold of pharmacy on the phone so can't check on prescriptions. They just don't answer it, no matter the time of day. Also the trainee pharmacist gave me very bad advice and when I consulted with a doctor they told me the complete opposite and it could have been bad for me had I followed the pharmacists instructions. However, a good point of this branch is that is it quite big so has a good selection of products.

Extremely busy and small so lots of people kicking into you. Staff were friendly and found what I needed

Terrible service.
I have had to wait over a week for my anxiety medication and still do not have it today.
i was told would be ready to collect twice now but when i tried to collect it I was told that it still had not been ordered so would prioritise this order.
nearly a week later and still no medication.
This is not a problem to do with my Dr reordering as i have spoken to them twice about this.
