Very unhelpful, been a hairdresser for 20 years, on holidays, wanted to pop in for a refresher colour, couldn't help me. Need to supply my Australian hairdressing certificate from 20 years ago. I thought maybe they could ask me a hairdresser question, but they aren't hairdressers so they couldn't do that? What?

Friendly staff. A small place so a bit limited on stock but has a good variety of what they have.

I have used regency hair suppliers for many years Jo and all her staff have always been very professional knowledgeable and friendly.
They stock all the top brands and will always help if you need advice about any products.
I wouldn’t use any other wholesalers.

Called in Asda Rawtenstall today
13th March 2021. I am not sure what the problem was, but shelves were half empty the cardboard boxes the goods were in on the shelves were empty and all over the floor in most isles.
There were quite a few items i couldn't get as the shelves were empty, I went to the checkout to pay and it was total chaos no order people arguing with each other who was next eventually staff came along and sorted out a queue system which with no exaggeration 30 trolleys in the queue, eventually I paid got to my car and it all starts again cars everywhere beeping their horns at each other because it was gridlocked it took me 20 minutes to get out of the carpark, then I had to go to Tesco to get the items Asda had run out of, I found Tesco much more organised with full shelves I think I'll shop there in future.
