Hard to navigate & expensive.

Great for urgent supplies but prescriptions take forever..

You have to hunt down the staff if you need assistance.

Did I mention it's expensive?

terrible store. Shelves always empty, never any stock and long queues. `Waited in a queue for over 10 minutes and there was nobody around, someone joked we should have run and not paid as nobody was there

Such a long queue again today and hardly anything on the shelves. Very poor show indeed. As they are the only shop like it in the high street they should up their game, unless they are closing?

Very clean and tidy Boots, and the staff here could not be any more helpful, I was after a £2 moisturiser (not £20, we're literally talking about a £2 item), and they went out of their way to check the stock room if they had any left, as there were none left on the shop floor. Amazing service!

The pharmacy team are fantastic, friendly and helpful. However the que is always very long and the staff seem overwhelmed. The store has an impressive range for such a small store. It is my first choice of pharmacy as the pharmacists are always knowledgeable and approachable despite their work load.

Friendly and polite staff , and no waiting to long for prescriptions .

I asked for medicine to protect my stomach because I was on antibiotic treatment, and they gave it to me for diarrhea. 😒

The pharmacy staff and on duty pharmacist are an amazing team. I cannot praise them enough! Even faced with the ongoing pandemic uncertainty, they have once again, worked above and beyond their job expectations and corrected yet another detrimental failure of care that is supposed to be provided by the "poor" GP's at Wall House Surgery.
