Absolutely disgusted with the customer service in this store! The store manager, Steven, has no manners whatsoever not setting a good example for his staff as they came on with a attitude as soon as he did! This store manager was causing a scene on front of other shoppers, not something a “store manager” should be doing, customer service was disgusting!! Only lovely person there was the Asian girl that helped me with my lipgloss! Thanks to her I still spent £95 in that store. Deffo won’t be coming back!

I visited this store on Monday 5th Dec.I was asked if i needed any assistance which i actually did.The young Lady was helpful,polite and courteous,thankyou.

Typical Boots store... Great selection of products, lots of Christmas stocking fillers but decent product range all year round.
Some items really well priced and some not so good.
Went in for some perfume but some products are sold at full retail where as the exact same fragrance and size are half price online and on Amazon. Beware, check your prices, I just saved £50 off a £100 fragrance by shopping on Amazon.

Chloe on Benefit made a great job of tinting & reshaping my eyebrows. The colour match is perfect & the shape of my eyebrows is very natural looking. I would definitely recommend her, go and get yours done, it only takes a few minutes. Thank you Chloe

Great store. Well stocked shelves, lots of make-up. Found what I needed and was served quickly and politely.

Some of the staff are racial, there is a women racialist in security there.
I earn more money than most, of there staff. They seem to think I'm a thief or shoplifter. She followed me around, on one occasion. Another they called site security and had a scuffle with one.
The Boots in Deepdale retail park.
It's now two occasions.

Lots of staff but to be honest not really helpful. Took 3 of them to find what I wanted. Wasn’t busy.
