Very helpful staff that helped me find what I needed and the prices are not bad. Would go again to top up on the bits we need.

Can't go wrong with Boots, they stock everything you need from cosmetics to over the counter and prescription medicine, herbal remedies and light snacks for lunch. Really great convenience store.

Pharmacist gave incorrect information.
Wanted cough medicine for wife who is diabetic and explained this to the pharmacist, I was sold by the pharmacist in Boots, Letchworth a medicine that we later found out by checking on Web site under the medicine information that the medicine must never be taken or given to a diabetic. Would have made her very ill.
Don't trust pharmacist, not sure they know their business.

Well the products I wanted were on sale,so that's always a plus. Sadly the checkout staff are too busy discussing their personal lives, to so any interest in those who pay their wages...

The staff seem to be doing everything in slow motion - so getting a prescription on a busy lunchtime is painful. I can think of better ways to spend my hard earned lunch breaks....

Long queues- One person at front desk.
Many more at the back of pharmacy.
Shameful- Lloyds are much more efficient.

The staff are usually friendly, but I just had such a bad experience, I'm never stepping in this shop again.

I bought a pack of disposable face masks for £25 and found that they had rigid flaps with circular cut outs for the ears. They were so small and so far from fitting my face that it was a joke. I tried to return them, and was treated so aggressively by a lady that I assume was a manager.

I can't be bothered getting into the details as it's not worth my time. But, if you're reading this: it was obvious to me that you know they're not fit for purpose. Please don't be so aggressive to your customers.
