Boots

I prefer this pharmacy as the staff is usually friendly and helpful for prescriptions. There is ample parking. Only thing I find slightly annoying is that the dispensary closes over lunch time. I appreciate we all need a break but this is a busy pharmacy and more staff would be really good.

Pharmacy has been closed for over a week at time of writing, no staff working in the boots store seem to know when the pharmacy will re-open nor do they have any intention of answering the phone. Best to avoid if you rely on being able to collect your prescription.

No pharmacist on site, told to return in 30 minutes. When I returned the dispenser said they would be another 15 minutes, 15 minutes later another customer was told that the pharmacist would not be here for 15-20 minutes. No updates for customers that were waiting in the vicinity. Very poor service

Always friendly service whenever I have been in store and the pharmacy. Very good at getting on top of any building ques at the till so never have to wait for long even during peak times.

2 hour wait for a prescription because no pharmacist on site and this was at 3.30pm not lunchtime) ... not great when you're feeling poorly
Would expect better from large well known pharmacy to be honest

This was the Boots store from Ashford, Business park. Very short on staff. The once on duty are rushed on their feet trying their best to support the clients. I couldn't find everything I wanted, which I was surprised for a Boots store

Had some great bargains after Christmas. Quite busy but got everything I needed.

Long waiting times pharmacy not organised. Every month problems with medication and some of the staff attitude not good. They should not be working that postition
