Boots

Awfull visit to boots today went there to pick up a prescription for an elderly lady friend of mine that should have been ready yesterday. I qued for 20mins to be told it wasn't ready and was just being done and to come back in 10-15 mins and when i did go back waited another 15mins again. All i can say is its a good job my friend did not got to collect it herself.

The shop is fine, pretty much what you'd expect from a Boots store. The pharmacy however has the slowest service imaginable. Their non prescription health care counter is now unmanned so if you want some Calpol or any over the counter medicine you have to join the pharmacy queue. So queued for about 15 minutes , with only 2 people in front of me, to be told they didn't have what I needed. And with 3 people serving I couldn't help but wonder why everything took so long.

Have been using this Boots for years and it hasn't changed at all. Fairly good range of products but does not stock high end beauty products. This is probably because the shop is a little small in comparison to the Canterbury branch. The staff here have always been friendly and helpful. Queues can be long for prescriptions so allow plenty of time as I have witnessed a couple of people getting frustrated with the wait. The staff are doing their best so have patience.

Boots is fine. It's my Doctor's Surgery in Ramsgate, useless with getting my prescription right.
Dangerous to my declining health, repeatedly leaving off controlled drugs. These mistakes go on & on!

Needs some more staff employed. Almost impossible to get anyone to answer the telephone, how can they let all their phones just ring endlessly.
Long delays at the Pharmacy and I had to ask the lady at the till (only one open) for product information, as nobody else in sight.

I went in to look at the skincare and hair care, security began following me as soon as they saw me instore, I picked up a bottle of toner and walked around the store with it, decided I didn't want it anymore and put it back on a random shelf. Went to leave and security accused me of stealing in front of a handful of customers, I then had to escort them to the shelf I put the toner back onto, they embarrassed and insulted me hugely and couldn't even muster an apology when i proved they were wrong. I am incredibly disappointed and won't be shopping here again.

Not impressed at all. Visited this branch this afternoon especially to purchase an expensive perfume. I arrived and quickly found the required product secure behind the perfume lockers. I waited, with another lad, both waiting for service for over 15 mins at the counters. Left and no sale from both of us. Won’t be back.
