Wow just had the loveliest experience w the pharmacist Dawit. He was professional, knowledgeable (20 years experience) and so, so generous. Highly recommend visiting this location!

Says online your open until 8pm have had to pay for parking and went into your shop and the pharmacy closes at 6pm not happy as Iv paid for a private prescription £150 and can’t get my hands on it!!!!!!! Change your website!!!!!

The pharmacist finishes 2 hours before the store closes and the info is nowhere on their website or public comms. Tried to call store beforehand to check and no one ever picks up the phone. Told staff in store after a useless journey they should update their public info - ‘take it up with head office’ was the response

An unavailable prescription was incorrectly processed by the staff at this Boots so that when I tried to collect it from another pharmacy they could not hand it out to me. When that pharmacist called this Boots branch they were less than helpful with resolving the issue. A lot of extra hassle and running around, plus I had to ask my doctor to reissue the prescription. Do yourself a favour and use a different pharmacy.

A huge thank you for Dawit! Who i just met yesterday in store. After miscommunication with my gp and the pharmacy and waiting just over a month. He managed to find my prescription, and solve all the drama that happened previously! He acted with empathy and care and went above and beyond. A credit to not only the pharmacy but to BOOTS, and anyone that ever has the joy of coming in to contact with him!

The shelves are bare and it's been like this for at least a couple of months now. Superdrug, a few doors down, has no problem maintaining its stock levels...
