Boots

Very friendly, helpful staff at the pharmacy. They work very hard and try their best to get medications out as quickly as possible. But, unfortunately they are such a busy pharmacy, that it can sometimes be a short wait.
Apart from that, they are so far, a great pharmacy to collect my meds from weekly.

Got my flu jab, but they forgot about me till the guy who served me at the pharmacy reminded her. Clean tidy plenty of staff. Whether they are helpful or pleasant that's to be determined. But overall pretty good stuff

Pharmacy service is always slow and inefficient, despite the large number of staff. One error by staff left me waiting for over an hour without any progress on my prescription, and when the mistake was discovered, I was given no apology or priority to compensate.

Had a really great experience in boots last week. I was looking for the perfect foundation and ended up walking away with a whole new make up bag! I was served by two lovely young ladies ( The lovely mac lady and the other lovely lady had reddish hair). They were extremely helpful and knew just what i needed. They both took the time to show me products. 5 Star service! I Will most definitely come back to see them. They are such a credit to boots! Well done boots!

A wonderful Boots store. A good selection of products. The only downside is finding what you want can be an issue, and sometimes you have too much of a choice. Overall, that's a small flaw.

Staff very helpful and the selection of products is very good, the pharmacy is really good too, the pharmacist is really helpful and friendly.

I do think there should be someone on a till, doing self service with two small kids is beyond difficult, when I asked if someone would be serving I was told to go to the beauty counters to pay, I tried but they were all really busy so just stuggled through self service. It's not the end of the world but would definitely improve the shopping experience around the Christmas period.

Went just after Xmas, plenty of products half price. Boots have changed over the years, seem to sell all sorts now, must be a sign of the times. Well worth a visit though.

The pharmacy department are brilliant and staff are very helpful and friendly,they have become good friends.Yes sometimes you do have to wait a while,but you can not blame the staff, it at head office that need to work in the shop to see what the have to deal with day after day. They need more staff to help with the demand.
