I visited the store on Saturday for the first time and was immediately greeted with a smile and offered some water. A lovely gentleman (I think his name was Jack) talked me through the perfumes with great knowledge of the layers they had and their ingredients. My time there felt like chatting with a friend and not pressured at all. Lovely atmosphere all together. Obsessed with Tacit. Thank you.

Very welcoming staff and guided very knowledgeably by a charming man called Jack. I never felt rushed and was even given tea! A very special experience and I am thrilled with how my skin looks. Thank you Jack and the team!!

I have been using Aesop products for over six years and I love them!! This was my fourth visit to this branch and I have to say the customer service is always amazing, incredibly helpful staff who are always friendly and welcoming. I'll definitely be back. Thanks!!

Recently I visited UK for work with my husband. We visited Islington store and met Jack. His service was outstanding. The store is calming and immaculately presented. Jack is a great ambassador for all that Aesop represents. Every time I use the products I remember the visit to this beautiful shop. Keep up the great work Aesop. A great synergy between the Australian and UK retail spaces.

First time customer to Aesop today & was very impressed. The staff were charming & friendly and the store was scrupulously clean and complied with social distancing. A Sales Associate called Mia helped me to pick out their Resurrection hand soap. She is a great brand ambassador with detailed product knowledge & was friendly & professional. I must say I was a little sceptical about the brand as it has been much hyped, is pricey (£27) & imitated by others but, from my experience today, Aesop was the right choice. The soap was a generous size in a recyclable plastic bottle & not glass for hygiene reasons, my hands felt noticeably cleaner & refreshed & the gorgeous scent was subtle. Lastly, the bottle looks fabulous in my bathroom, making it look like a boutique hotel. I couldn’t have asked for more.

I’ve never left a review before but Aesop was so good that I felt like I should; the staff were really welcoming and showed us around the shop, explaining the architecture and design as well as the products. Just overall really friendly and helpful, highly recommend
