First rate service in the Opticians section! We also lost our phone and discovered we had left it there! They were so good- tried to locate us / kept it safe/ very kind.
Great deal on sunglasses too:)

Personally never go in this store now and use Superdrugs whenever I can in the town. Huge pharmacy queue, complete indifference by the staff and presumably the manager is hiding under the table. The staff need to take this onboard because they will be out of a job if all their customers take my attitude.

I would like to say thank you to the optician assistant who was able to patiently adjust my glasses with great skill and attention to the various reasons for bad fit, such that they now sit property and comfortably. Other stores did not have the proper skills including Boot at Haywards Heath where I had purchased them

It's Boots, so you know the score. But the Salisbury staff are very good with not so good husbands, on the perfume side of things! And give a lot of good advice, thank you!

Only went to pharmacy seemed well stocked on shelves but only 1 person serving non prescriptions so line was long not ideal if in a rush

Went to the opticians here, very good eye checks, kind staff, brilliant glasses.

I would never preferred to go to this place but unfortunately have to as my doctor usually sends prescription to this place and to reach the counter to get prescribed medicines you have to queuing up at least an hour and at the end you are told that they are run out of it and have to wait for few days then weeks…..
