Boots

I'm not sure if it is just me that is told a one item. prescription will be 30 to 45 minutes. so I go and do a couple of things and still have to sit outside Hythe Boots for 20 minutes.
if I was rude and obnoxious I would not be served in boots FACT. But its OK for them to speak to me like it. Well you'll be happy to know I'll be Changing my Repeat Prescriptions from Boots to another Chemist that my wife uses and she has no issues at all
Oh and seems strange but I was told that there won't be a Pharmacist available tomorrow. Strange as it's a normal working day.

Most boots stores are well maintained and managed. Unfortunately this one in Hythe is only getting one star as they seem to open when the staff want to. They do not stick to the times on Google so be warned. Most of the staff are friendly but the pharmacist is quite rude.

Closed way too often. Difficult to pick up prescrions. Frustrating to travel to Hythe, only to find out that Boots is closed - YET AGAIN!
Update.
Closed again today. Shnever opens unless a pharmacist is present Ridiculously bad service.

Pretty much always stocked what I need and the staff are lovely, but the opening hours are getting silly due to lack of staffing/pharmacists. Sad sign of the times unfortunately 😔

Had fly jab lovely lady shop is well stocked .

I always find what I'm looking for in my local Boots shop.
Also they take in my used diabetic pens.

Never seem to have your medication in stock. Always have to come back another day. Also closed for lunch 1 till 2 very inconvenient. Swap shifts like every other boots why is this the only boots that closes for lunch. It says nothing about closing on there webpage or on Google totally inconsiderate of management.

Hardly any staff so if you want to ask a question its impossible, the shop is close a lot with no notice, and if you do get the chance to ask for something they tell you to go to Folkestone store, so Hythe store might as well close down permanently.
