Boots

Wanted to buy something over the counter and was asked to join the queue for prescriptions. There were 4 people in that queue and having consultations. Made my wait even longer and unfairly have to be inconvienced. Why were there not more staff available at 13.30 which is lunch time? When I was served there were no apology. Where's the customer service!!!!

This was a great Boots but visited today and it's gone down the toilet!
They have replaced the 4 tills with 1 till and 3 'self checkouts' meaning you have to work for the shop for free to complete your transactions.
There was one person working the real till but she kept walking away to help people who didn't know how to work the self checkouts and with one person in front took 20 minutes to get served, a disgrace!
Also after paying for my goods I looked at the receipt and noticed I was charged for something I didn't buy, she said the transaction was cancelled and the amount refunded buty checked with my bank and the fraudulant transaction went through!
Have to contact bank now and report!
AVOID THIS STORE!

Not many staff around to ask where things were, the one person I found walked straight past me and totally ignored me! Annoying but I do like the store itself...

The shop is well kept but I think they should check on staff....I asked for a simple "no prescription needed " medication...gave them the name and they didn't know what It was
I explained to them and they told me they didn't have It...so I replied that I bought It there one month ago and they kept saying that they didn't know what It was and when I showed them where It was supposed to be ( behind them in the same space where It was one month ago ) they werent Happy to check for me st the beginning.
I explained again and one of the girls told me that I should provide evidence that I already took It But just one month ago the colleague in the same pharmacy gave It to me without evidence that I already took it...
I replied that yes of course I had It before and she said I was having an attitude...when I was just asking to be given a simple medication...I was surprised she has been asking me for evidence
Anyway I think that they should be aware of what they are selling and be nicer to costumers because I just went to buy a medication and when I came back home I was a bit upset honestly

I give up with this place. 3 days after my prescription was approved by the GP it still hadn't been prepared by Boots, and this after I queued for 20 minutes only to be told they were closing and only prescriptions that were already prepared would be given out.

This is is just the latest of many bad experiences with this shop but it will be the last.

Went to collierswood boots today to buy my mrs a present ysl and marc jacob gift set . The service from patricia and marcus was 10 outta 10.. brilliant friendly and helpful staff . Keep up the good work guys!!

I recommend!

Good location just a shame with limited tills and only having self service tills feels abit out dated the store.

Update. Went in today seemed Lack of stock
