A cracking little branch of Boots, although it's a small store it has a fab selection of items. The staff are lovely and helpful been using this branch for 30+ years

Excellent boots branch, clean very friendly staff. The pharmacy staff are all very friendly I also like that if you can't find something the staff don't just say it's down aisle whatever they come from behind the counter and take you to where you need to be. Would recommend this store. A+++++

Not my favourite shop and that's all I'll say

Tried to pick up an urgently needed prescription at
16:50 hours this Saturday afternoon at this branch,
only to be told they don’t dispense prescriptions on
Saturday afternoons after 3pm as the pharmacist buggers off at 3pm !

Am I right in assuming that the regular Boots staff
in this store can’t be trusted to hand over to customers
their little paper bags with their medication (I’m talking about the bags that have already been checked,
authorised and signed for by this part-time pharmacist?

To receive service like this from a long established
company like Boots is p**s poor - there’s no other
phrase that covers it and I’m going to wind up these
comments before I really let rip !

No staff!!. Due to staff shortage only pharmacy had staff. They were serving everyone.

Small store, ok for offers. Not enough choice though prefer Clayton Square.
Staff are unhelpful, and some are very unprofessional. when I downloaded offers onto my boots advantage card they never went through with my purchase, I was told I would have to go to Liverpool store to sort the issue. This store needs to install self service tills so as little interaction as possible is required with lazy unprofessional staff.

Didn't have anything in stock what I wanted to buy.
