Boots

A helpful young man helped me with advise and gave me the painkillers for my tooth ache, what started a week ago when I had a Redbull. Since than my teeth were over sensitive for cold and worm and have hard pain.

There were a lot of empty shelves and the staff were a bit surprised to find that they had customer. I have visited a lot of Boots stores around London and usually they are of a high standard, so my experience in this one was a little bit disappointing.

Rarely open on time...
Morning shopping is nice avoid afternoon...security guards will ruin your shopping experience.

One girl working at the pharmacist made fun about my injury on my feet last month. She said can I see it, took my shoe off showed it to her, and started laughing to my face, and said I don’t how you gonna work with this feet then again ahahahahaha. It was so uncomfortable and weird. I had a gym session (in front of camera for my acting work) the next day so was trying to get some wrap and medication. She found my situation funny and kept laughing and sarcastically joking about it. I mean why ?

When I could not find a particular product, I asked the assistant if Boots had it and her reply was no. However the app that I later downloaded said they do so I returned and she says she is not aware. I advised that is fine so instead of no, find out and reply Boots do sell that item but they don't provide it at that location as it's a small branch. Staff these days.... honestly.

It feels like it's a closing down store, empty shelves and staff who have an aura of bewilderment. The Pharmacist was rude, much preferring to flirt with his colleague than attend to me with a courteous amount of customer service.
I would not be surprised if this branch of Boots is for the chop, soon.

Used to be a pleasure to visit this chemist. Sadly, now the staff are surly & seem indifferent to customers. They don't bother to look up, or acknowledge you are there. I would recommend they all take a course in customer care.

I just went into boots to pick up my percription no staff except one and a "manager " sitting at the back listening to the radio. I asked the sales assistant if I can get my percription she said No!! I asked why she said they can't give it out as no pharmacist?? She asked the "manager " who refused to come and deal with me and I waS told I had to come back in one hour!!! There is NO customer service in that branch its a absolute disgrace and Boots head office need to address this disgusting issue. I work like them and can't keep going back and forth to get my medication
