Boots

Mid size out of all Boots stores. Big No7 counter, however not always attended by staff offerring help. There is a fragrance section, but the prices are not competitive with other perfume shops in the center. You can also find pharmacy there. Overall its a good shop for every day essentials. Could do with more eye catching promos.

Excellent customer support. The store executive found us struggling to find the right shade of foundation and came over to help us. She did the skin consultation and advised with the accurate foundation shade and powder as per skin tone. The lady was so kind that she even applied full makeup to show how this need to be applied. Overwhelmed and delighted with such a helpful service. She even offered us some gift coupons so ended up with additional discount which is always a win win. Never been to any better Boots store ever.

Pretty standard Boots experience. Found what I needed. Waited at the till forever because there's only one person serving. I still use them a lot and I guess it's silly to pay for extra staff when they aren't really needed most of the time.

More expensive than Superdrug for the same item. Luckily I walked across to check out the price and saved £3 on two packets of identical cough sweet. Check out the price before you buy

Very slow to collect prescriptions. First you wait in a queue and then another 10 minutes for them to get everything ready. They had three days to prepare my prescription, but somehow didn’t do it in advance. One also can’t reach them by phone. Very disappointed :(

The pharmacy is very slow. Appreciate the staff are busy but it is the slowest I have ever been too and weren't overly helpful when I had a prescription emailed over. Store staff on customer service are nice hence two stars.

THE worst Boots in the country! Not only do they price things incorrectly and then try to charge you a lot more at the till, but I went in last night and tried to get something, asked behind the pharmacy counter and was told to just look on the shelves! When this product can only be bought from the pharmacy.
So, to end my review, please just find another boots or pharmacy to get your products.

What amazing staff in the pharmacy. A queue round the shop at six o'clock and they still managed a smile and looked after frustrated customers one after another in thencface of well publicised shortages. And they even found what I was looking for.
