A 5 star service with the Pharmacy. My GP surgery faxed or emailed a repeat prescription over. As soon as they received it the pharmacy called my mobile to advise they would need to order the medicine so not to come for pick up until the next day. The fact they called to let me know was brilliant - unexpected but very appreciated. Always use this pharmacy now, the pharmacist and his team are always friendly, helpful and make you feel valued. Feeling valued in this over crowded part of the City is a great achievement.

Smallish Boots branch on this busy junction, well geared up for lunch supplies and the sort of thing you need to pick up on your lunch break.

Good holiday supplies. Good sandwich range. Not a bad place to call in to.

Went in for a baby voucher and a sandwhich. One staff member said she couldn't assist me as she was on her break but the next person was very helpful showing me the card range which wad behind the counter. I picked out a suitable one and she went that extra mile with her service folding it up for me and being friendly. So I was happy.

Bit expensive but still OK, no any assistance from the staff. Price on-line are completely different (much cheaper), somethings supposed to be discounted were at full price. At least they had the covid test

Tired, old shop in a tired, old shopping centre. Can see why no one is investing in the Whitgift centre given the collapse of the planned redevelopment. All I do here is pick up prescriptions so can't comment on the range of goods which seems pretty much what you'd expect in a Boots store. A few problems with getting text messages to pick up prescriptions that haven't arrived. Forget any idea of trying to call them as they just don't answer. The staff are pretty efficient but the queues can be long. But bless them for working through the various lockdowns.
