You can't even call what happens there customer service - complete lack of interest in the customers. When I wrote to complain all I was told was "I'm sure it could have been handled better". ... No wonder staff don't care when management don't care. I will avoid this shop at all costs in the future and I would suggest you do too.
Could be a good place to send your own staff to see how NOT to do customer service!!

My friend who needed a repeat prescription supplied in a blister pack weekly was told that they didn't supply them, having previously said that they would be able to. They had a an attitude which could affect the mental health of their customers. Strongly advise people to avoid this shop.

Avoid. Shelves are empty most of the time but worst still, they employ a price markup practice where their online price is cheaper. I questioned why the in-store price is 10% higher than Boots online and the store clerk just said "that's how it is". If you must buy from Boots, buy online and collect in store. Or go elsewhere like me!

Highly convenient and local pharmacist on the Haverstock, Hill. Shame that parking nearby is so difficult now with hard bicycle lanes. Well stocked.

I go in here all the time to pick up various prescriptions, some of which there have been some warehouse stock issues with, every single staff member is so patient and helpful both working the counter and also in the pharmacy. Very appreciative of the lengths they go to to help and answer any questions.

The bearded gentleman, who is the pharmacist(his name escapes my mind right now) guided me v well. Thank you!

Costumer service was pathetic, I asked for Petroleum jelly/Soft paraffin most commonly known as Vaseline, I was only offered Vaseline Lip balm following the words "The only Vaseline I know and that exists is that lip balm" with an arrogant attitude, the lack of knowledge and experience is off the charts.
Do not recommend.

Just had a terrible experience here. My daughter is sick and we needed to collect her prescription. The lady made its so difficult telling us to go elsewhere? She was unbelievably unhelpful and sooo rude. AVOID THIS BOOTS!
