Boots

So sad to see what used to be the main pharmacy in Gloucester City centre, become a ghost town, hardly anything on the top floor, no sales assistants in the makeup and beauty department available for advice. I truly hope that BOOTS have plans to refurbish this branch!

I came to get my medication but unfortunately I had been waiting long time and when I reached them if my medication is ready they just forgot about me. So ,if you are not sure and you wait long time just don't hesitate yo reask them again as they could forget about you.

A great place and in main town centre. But the council parking is quite expensive in comparison to other cities. Although you can park on some next street as well but no free parking on the nearest area

Visited for pre booked flu vaccination. Already a long queue formed. Unfortunately, technology wasn't helping, but staff honestly didn't seem organised. There did not seem to be a system and several people were, understandably, becoming impatient. We were seen about half an hour after our appointment - others weren't so fortunate.

Mandy from Clarins went above and beyond giving excellent customer service. It was obvious she enjoyed her job, excellent knowledge of the products and engaging!

What has happened to this shop?
The concession stands were empty! I really wanted to speak to someone about the Clarins products but I couldn't see anyone to speak to. I was going to speak to the women on the No 7 stand but they were too busy chatting to each other. I went upstairs and was dismayed to find just loads of Christmas stuff. I used to love Boots but it looks like it's yet another shop that has been massively affected by the online shopping world.

I am being generous! This shop is a shambles, one of the worst branches I have ever been in. I now go to Cheltenham. There never seems to be enough staff and the layout is so confusing. It used to provide a much better experience, but I now avoid it. I do feel for the staff, who - for the most part, try to be helpful, which is why I was generous. I was tempted by one star. Sad that this store is failing!!

Brilliant pharmacy. They always sort out priority medications and will call my doctors if there are any complications to get the problem sorted. They are also like my doctors to me with how much they care about me and my health. They make a massive difference. I could never thank them enough. They go the extra mile and care so much. Thank you
