Boots

This has been my go-to pharmacy for years and they always have great staff. They’re so friendly and helpful and understanding. Big thank you to Reena who has been extra helpful to me throughout the times.

Wanted to call out the pharmacy team who are always great and helpful in this store. Went in to speak about my 3.5 month old baby who was having some issues and they were reassuring and gave practical advice.

I picked up a prescription today. The woman with long dark hair and glasses who served me displayed a severe lack of customer service skills. There was no one in front of me at the counter. She looked right through me and said nothing until I prompted her. She asked for my information in a surly and hostile manner and then just tossed the medication over the counter. I have not seen her before, and hope I don’t see her again. That sort of attitude problem would be enough to make me switch branches. A thoroughly unpleasant encounter with a very rude woman. Yes, they were busy, but aren’t we all? There is no excuse for such rudeness.

The pharmacy had one person taking prescriptions and giving medicines. Considering afternoon times are busy, better to have two people instead. The queue wait could reduce.

Terrible. Called to check they had medication my daughter needed and they said as only throne box, they'd put to one side with her name on. Went in and told it would take 15 min. ( To put in a bag ??? ). Waited and waited. After half hour went to ask what the delay was. It wassat right there but we'd not been called. Other meds were also there where we could of really just helped ourselves. They were not busy. We were only ones waiting.

I would like to share the unique and unforgettable experience I had today at Boots - I have been looking for a new glass frame for over two years now, tried literally all physical and online opticians; few times, I have even ordered from them and the product came faulty or not what I expected at all. Few months ago I also tried my local Boots and just came back home frustrated. I got to the point that I just gave up and kept my broken old glasses, completely hopeless and sad. Today, after leaving the church I decided to pass by my local Boots again just to look around, I saw some frames that caught my attention but wasn't sure about them (at this point I believe God has intervened) and all of a sudden a young gentleman approached me and in a very professional and amazing way helped me to leave the store with my new glasses, including transition lens and anti-glare!!!!!! I really want to praise this staff member and say that Boots has got a GEM working for them. Nowdays, when most of staff members are so careless and useless in business, Boots really got to value AMAR for going above and beyond and truly made my day after more than 2 years searching for the right glasses and lens. I wish AMAR all the very best in his life, you have made an unforgettable difference in somebody's day, not only as a customer but as a person. People like you make us believe that there are still kind, honest and genuine people in the world. Dear AMAR, as I said when I left the store, I am speechless, words are never enough to say how grateful and thankful to you, I pray and wish that you will be always successful in your job and find right support to develop and get you to the top of your career. Your customer service, knowledge and professionalism is truly 11 out of 10!
