Every time I visit this store I get nothing but the best customer service by informed, experienced staff with a huge knowledge of their products. I simply wonder what sort of attitude other reviewers have attended with in order to receive such so called bad customer service. Carry on Paige and Lisa with your informative, cheerful and eager to help attitude to your genuine, respectful customers.

Best customer service. I always shop here and never had a problem. Yes they are not able to advise on hair colour, and shouldnt. You need to be qualified to do hair. That does not mean they are rude. All the girls are lovely. I have witnessed customers being rude to some of the girls on many occassions, and yet the smile it off and serve the rest nicely. Kudos !

Absolutely awful branch. The staff and the manager have consistently shown disgusting customer service. They recommend wrong products and then refuse to admit liability upon trying to exchange an item - DESPITE having the receipt and ensuring the product had been untouched and unopened.
The staff spend their time not working and merely talking amongst themselves. They are rude, unhelpful and make customers feel very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Extremely disappointing considering the fact that I have been a professional customer for over 20 years now.
I urge the company to look into the staff and their behaviour at this branch as it is abhorrent and you will be losing customers and business.

All staff at this store have provided brilliant customer service, wheher it be in store or over the phone. Staff are helpful and welcoming and have gone the extra mile for me. I'm always satisfied with purchasing products from here as opposed to other retailers. Thank you

The other day my friend and I were in the shop browsering the different products and a staff member named Barbara H came over to me and my friend. She began to question us if we had a discount card and asked us if we needed help. She kept approaching us, it made us feel uncomfortable and made us that we were not welcomed.

This has made us feel real uncomfortable and the customer service is very poor, very unprofessional

Please be aware of this colleague if she comes and approaches you

A poor review from a genuine customer. Can relate to all the other one star reviews. Feel conflicted as don't leave bad reviews usually. Where do you start? Childish customer service and hurtful, lots of lies. One lady was able to point out where the demi permanent toner was. Thanks.

Fantastic customer service
Paige in particular, is so helpful. She goes out of her way to help my inquiries. Very good at her job. Will be shopping here from now on!
