Pharmacist was in on a Sunday but didn't have a licence to prescribe me antibiotics...not best pleased as I was leaving to go on holiday the following morning.

The lady in the counter was very rude , she gives me my medication closed in a bag.I asked twice if it was the right ones , and the second time she answered me in very bad way, that it was!, she had no even bothering in check that. she makes me feel very upset, like she's been doing me a favor and I pay for that!. And guess what? when came home I found it was the wrong ones! Bad day or bad manners? I've change my prescriptions to other pharmacy😠😠😠

Got told my disposable photos would take 2-3 weeks. After 3 weeks I rang the store over 10 times to see if they were done with no reply. I've now driven in twice (two half-hour round trips) to find out they're not done. Do I get thay fuel money back or shall I just keep on driving in indefinitely? The woman serving was lovely enough and apologetic, but simply answering the phone would be nice

Boots Tiverton is excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. It is well stocked, easily the best chemist in town I love shopping there. Very professional staff.

I've been to 12 different Boots stores this month. It's my own fault, I bought my indecisive wife a Boots voucher for xmas.....

Apparently ur doctor can be overuled by everyday NHS pharmacy staff like me . Lets hope a death isn't on ur hands as the person can't take anymore
