Was traveling to Bicester from London, I needed to grab something for breakfast quickly. And this young staff with big eyes gave me an enthusiastic greeting which I never expect in a chain store. She even mention the meal deal they were offering when she was doing the till (simply getting another sandwich for only 50p extra). Even I turned it down since I was in a rush, I felt well informed and cared.

This small branch has the friendliest staff I've ever encountered and their customer service is second to none. It stocks a wide range of products for its size at good prices. I'm always happy to pop in.
