I went to boots today and a lady called casey( think her name was) who works for number 7 make up team. She was beyond helpful and very reassuring to me about make up to use for a wedding. She went out of her way to write step by step stages for me for a certain look for make up. Thank you so much you was so helpful and went above and beyond to help me and I hand on heart appericate what you have done for me

Just had an Antigen Test in Boots Bluewater with my wife. Mistakenly booked both appointments in my name (web site not brilliantly clear) but my fault. The young lady performing the tests was probably the best I have come across in terms of customer service. She took time to explain what had happened and painstakingly guided us through rectifying the situation. She deserves some recognition of this by the management team. If only this standard was adopted by other companies?

Fantastic service today! Leah on the benefit counter was bubbly, knowledgeable and welcoming! Spent more than anticipated but in a good way. She knows her stuff. I would 100% recommend and return to the blue water branch. She’s an asset to the team! Wish her all the best for the further!

A huge Boots with two floors.

Great selection of health products, beauty products and medicines.

Good shop for Christmas shopping, as they always have a wide range of gifts this time of year, and plenty of deals.

Easy to find what I needed, didn’t speak to any staff, store was tidy, well laid out and queues were very short and dealt with quickly on a busy Saturday.

There were lots of offers and we bought a hair clippers in a good discount price. Thank you!

Great customer service always at this branch of boots. Please keep it up.
Update: it was quite busy today, 26th December as expected. The stalls were a bit not properly organized. I guess it is because of the number of customers visiting. I couldn't locate the product I went in to buy.

I was sent here by NHS 111 for an emergency prescription. The pharmacist was more bothered about going home than giving me my medication and lied about trying to call me “all day” when I had only done the referral 40 minutes before attending. She didn’t bother giving my medication and just made excuses because she was lazy. Disgusting.
