Boots

Came into the store yesterday to help choose some aftershave for my birthday with my girlfriend. Justin asked if we needed anything and helped us try lots of different bottles to find the one I really liked. He really knew his stuff and had a genuine interest in the different scents that each of the aftershaves had in them. As a result, I bought an extra bottle!

I would like to reach out and thank Mark(Pharmacist) for going over and above his role to assist with an issues I had been experiencing trying to get my son's antibiotics. Not only was he very professional and helpful. He was able to resolve my issue which other pharmacys were unable to. Well done Boots for having such a great pharmacist on your team.

I went into Boots in Whitely to look for a birthday pressie for my daughter who’s turning 16.
I really didn’t know what to get for her but a lovely young girl called Clara was so helpful.
She asked me questions about what my daughter liked and used on her skin and how much make up she used.
I ended up buying her a lovely make up set that I’m sure my daughter will love.
Clara was so friendly and professional and I really felt looked after.
Thank you so much, I will definitely come back and ask for Clara in future to help me with all my make up and skin care needs for myself and gifts.

I went in the boots in Whiteley and went to the No7 department where I was served by Helen. Helen did a colour match for me for foundations. I have never felt more comfortable being served by someone who was listening to my needs and what I wanted from a foundation. Very professional and couldn't help more. Thank you Helen

Visited Whiteley store today to seek advice on skin care products for me and my partner. We couldn’t have been happier on leaving; the time and effort given us by Corinne was second to none. She was knowledgeable and extremely attentive, going above and beyond, so much so that on our return to the store she had arranged samples and information leaflets for our benefit.
