Man was putting "eat me quick" tags on all sandwiches etc with today's date but he deliberately left doing a flatbread I wanted. He put stickers on everything else. No one at tills so had to use machine which didn't give me any Advantage Card points. Store temperature too warm so felt uncomfortable in my coat. Very unhelpful staff

The store itself is very good in comfy location with nice varieties of goods. But the stuff is the main problem of store, same as in many other stores. They are slow, not organized, not confident, not knowledgeable. They'd rather will continue to move medications around then serve the waiting customer. Waiting time in the queue is long.
Also they messed up my repeat prescription drugs...had to come 3 times to get them, still end up missing couple days 1of the drugs, which I not meant to miss. Never heard any apology after all.

Appalling service in terms of prescriptions. I had an urgent prescription to pick up contacted the pharmacy on the phone(which takes ages if you try) and got told that i couldn't get it because the prescription was sent by my doctor via fax. This usually works and the staff i had on the phone was obviously not aware. It could have led for me not to have my medication if i hadn't insisted and gone in person. I tried to feed this back later to the pharmacist in charge who was very rude and defensive instead of just taking it on board considering the fact that i said it calmly and mentionned that it was irresponsible. I'm highly disappointed. This is just one experience, I have some others but my review is already too long.The treatment is very different depending on the staff and they should be trained and/or taking accountable when misdirecting customers.
My only regret is that losing me as a customer will not change much...

I was served by Elvira at the Clinique counter, she was extremely friendly and very helpful made the experience 10 times better!!

An awful staff experience. The pharmacists (a mr and a mrs) on Tuesday Morning, the 28th of June made we wait in front of them for 5 minutes to finish putting some tags on medicine. When they decided to give me some of their time, they have treated me arrogantly and with an attitude. They were both using rude face expressions and told me that what I asking for does not exist. I kindly insisted and they suggested I am dumb because the medicine I tell them about in fact exists but has no research to back it up. Yes! They said that. (One they before, I was told by a staff member that they have it but they need the farmacist to be there to offer it). In the end, I have decided to buy something else from the self service counter. Surprise! Absolutely no staff to help me with the age verification. I have left being unable to buy anything and with a bitter taste. A lot of rudeness and understaffed

Poor selection of make up, non existent samples , products stuck behind dispensers . Looking for a blusher today perhaps looking frustrated , 2 male clerks behind me and looking at me as if I’m acting suspicious… one asked if I was ok not what I was looking for . Extremely unwelcoming store , thank god Liverpool Street is nearby .

No matter how full or how empty this Boots is, they are always SLLOOOOOOWWW. Unless you're prepared to wait a good 15 minutes, for service, don't bother. Considering its next to Cannon Street station, don't go in here if your train is due to depart soon! Staff generally seem to be confused, not bothered, don't know what they're doing. In short: it's a pile of cack (and has been for about the past 8 years, so I doubt it will change any time soon).
