I really hate leaving bad reviews. But if the company employs unprofessional rude staff, I feel I have to ! I did speak to the manger who was very understanding, also other staff members were embarrassed at the way I was treated! Totally unacceptable!

Very quiet so easy to navigate around. No queue at checkout so a beneficial visit.

Pharmacy staff rude, argumentative. Ignorant of NHS prescription regulations and slow. Have used them previously and found them to be the complete opposite but in the past 2 instances they have been atrocious. Do not reccomend using them at all.

Helpful staff, but you can have a bit of a wait at pharmacy, but not as long as many others.

Staff at pharmacy always helpful and friendly. Nice atmosphere throughout the store just wish they would pick up the phone when you need to call.
