Pharmacy is unbelievably slow. They tell you that they’ll just be 5 minutes, and to maybe go around some other shops whilst you wait, ok fine. But I came back 15 minutes later and they still weren’t ready for another 20. This made me late back from my break. It’s totally unacceptable. Don’t offer a service if you can’t adequately provide it.

Just went into the store to buy a bottle of coke. Whilst walking to the till I was accused of trying to steal the bottle by a very rude member of staff. This was extremely embarrassing and was completely unprovoked. She was very unprofessional and muttered under her breath as I left. Don't recommend this store at all!

The slowest most rude pharmacy I have ever been to. The staff were so rude to me and I had to wait for an hour for a prescription. My little girl was crying her eyes out and the staff were vile to us. They shouldn’t be able to run like this. It was shocking service.

Great service. Very professional. I would use them time and time again.

Didn't have what I wanted but still nice store

Just popped in for a prescription. Boots was the only pharmacist I visited that had what had been prescribed. A good system where they text to let you know when your prescription is ready.

Always helpful. Tracy goes above and beyond to help me with my prescription. Have trouble every time with my doctor. Louise is Always a breath of fresh air. No matter how stressed they are with the work pressure. They always have a smile 😃
