Great offers on my usual purchases and generous rewards. Clean and tidy store, not very busy so was served quickly and efficiently by a friendly young lady.

This is by far the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. I have been three times this week and have yet to get my prescription medication. I have only gotten 5 out the 28 tablets I need, even though I have been charged the FULL AMOUNT. (It's a private prescription) they have my prescription, which means I can't go anywhere else to get my medication.
Yesterday they told me to come back after 17.00,I did, I waited in line (which was 3x longer than when I first came at 14.00) and by the time it was my turn I was told that the pharmacy was closing so they didn't have time to serve me. I had to beg and explain it was my 3rd time coming and they gave me 5 tablets and charged me the full amount. I have subscribed to the update by text but they have never texted me. I tried to call today and after waiting on the phone for 7mins, I just got hung up on. It is Friday and I still don't have my medication even though I first came on Monday. I will be running out of tablets soon and it will jeopardise my health.
Everytime I got there there are people waiting in the line, some other people waiting aside confused because they are supposed to be being served, the workers are running like headless chickens and neither costumers or staff seem to know what is happening. There not enough seating to accommodate the people that are unwell and desperately waiting for their medication. I have never left a One Star review before but THINGS NEED TO CHANGE FAST!

Getting served at the pharmacy was really slow then got told oh you medicine not yet sorted, even though I'd got a text saying it was ready waited 20 mins to get told this.
Come back at 3pm.
Arrived at 3.10 waited in line for another 20 mins.
Really poor service.
Got told that they are closing at 4pm
And that they've been really busy all day.

That's not my problem.

Quick and straightforward vaccination service with friendly staff.
Also, they currently have great deals on health/beauty products. Half price on Dove and Lynx gift sets for example. Lady upstairs who served me was very polite, friendly and helpful.

I was looking for skincare products by the ordinary in Taunton and I was happy to have found some here. Great stockist for a wide range of skincare and costmetic brands

Nice big store for shopping but to get prescriptions there's always a massive line.

Had a skin analysis with Chloe, she was excellent, went all through recommended skin care products and regime taylored to my scan outcome, very thorough and helpful and provided testers so I can try the products to see how I get on before purchasing. I was more than happy with the service received, thank you Chloe!
