Boots

I called in to get my daughter some Ted Baker products for her birthday. I noticed there was 3 for 2 offers on so i picked three. At the checkout which was busy the offer never came up. So i queried this and she took me to the offer and read the small print and admitted herself that it was very misleading. However the assistant was very nice about it.

Great to have Boots but the Company need to invest in the Rawteenstall Branch! Boots Regional Manager time for an UPGRADE!
That said the Staff are fantastic and it's great to still have Boots on the high street, the shop has everything you need and if they don't they can order it for the next day and it arrives everytime!

The staff here are always very pleasant and helpful. Unfortunately a young woman customer was being verbally abusive to a staff member when I was last there. The staff member had been very courteous and it was shameful how she was treated.

After a few reconnaissance visits finally went to order, Rob was very helpful in ordering the units and explaining the various options for each and showing us the 3d imagery of the final plan. All done in a relaxed atmosphere and friendly faces all around.

The staff were very helpful with finding products. Seasonal items mean that quite often reduced shelf space given regular items. Great to be as to find a good solid tick remover.

Like our boots in rawtenstall. Not as big as Burnley but it has everything you need and if it's not there they will get it for you. The staff are lovely and helpful.
