Good but they need to serve customers in a faster way. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. Very busy store and a lot of deals you find there. Love it!

I wish I could give O stars. That's a "customer last" experience specially from some folks from the Pharmacy. I went there twice and left the place feeling miserable due to their disrespectful treatment. Never again. I am taking my money to a place in which they value the consumer, don't yell at you due to their own mistakes... you name it.

Poor customer service. Not worth even a one star. It’s a zero star. Lazy staff at the till, refused to add my points on boots card coz I had already finished paying. He said’ it’s too late to add points, and it’s only 32p, do u want it, leave it. If I want my colleague can add on the next till.’ So i went to his colleague to request to add my points. He did not want to do it either. He is giving the job back to the same person who sent me to him. What a joke? Are u guys seriously serving customers? Finally he did it upon his colleagues request, but this is not acceptable. I left the store only to be called back by the security guy who I feel is rude and questioned me as if I am a robber. He started inquiring about the purchase and bills which I showed. This lazy guy on the till did not remove the security sticker from the product I bought, at the end no apologies from any staff for the inconvenience. Totally disgusting and pathetic! Avoid this store…. The other day I saw another customer arguing with the manager in prescription section.

For those that don't know...do NOT get your photos done through Boots. You will NOT get your photos ready for collection on time. You will NOT be able to contact this branch's photo or general inquiries via the phone. You will be forced to go directly to the store every time to get an update - and the photo quality is terrible. They will likely make excuses about their supplier being at fault - not an excuse. I paid YOU for a service you promised you would deliver. Either choose a better supplier or provide a proper apology...its the very least you could and should do.

The pharmacy is not open Sundays apparently but states it is on the website. My GP also said the pharmacy was open on Sunday till 5pm! Change the system so customers don’t waste their time.

I have come here to write a review about my experience at the pharmacy inside boots which was surprisingly bad. The pharmacist was a woman wearing glasses. I gave her my prescription to which she said that there was no name and address on it and I should go to the pharmacy nearby as boots has a policy where the doctor’s name has to be on it.
Well surprise surprise maybe she needs new glasses as the doctor’s name and address was on it. I did not have the energy to argue with her as I had seen her bad behaviour with the customer before me that had left due to her behaviour. I was mentally prepared that I would be next. But just for fun wanted to know what else the pharmacist could offer from her bad customer service bucket.
As instructed by “madam needs new glasses and good manners classes” I went to the pharmacy nearby I guess it is called Carters and told the pharmacist there about my experience and that they got more business because of Madam who should read my review and leave a review next time I come in to buy some lipsticks.
Also no worries Wembley Central has a lot of options. Very soon you will close down if this behaviour of your pharmacist doesn’t stop.
People who come to collect their prescription are already in some kind of stress and should be treated with kindness and smile. I wonder how they must be behaving with people who are old or those who can barely speak English. SHAME ON YOU. Be normal if not kind. Thanks 🙏

Just went into Boots on Wembley High Road. To get a Prescription, my experience was awful. I was told by the assistant manager that her name of the member of staff was Ferry. Was already shouting while myself and another lady were joining the queue that the pharmacy was closed. As she spoke to the last customer, I approached her and said could I ask her a question. She did not even let me speak and kept on shouting the pharmacy is closed. I repeated that I wanted to ask her question and she shouted again even though I was in front of her the pharmacy was closed. I asked her for her name and she walked off. I complained to the assistant manager Sunil, he asked me what I wanted and I said an apology for the way she spoke to me. We went over to the pharmacy and he asked her version of events and she lied that I asked her about a prescription. I explained to again him that she did not even let me ask her a question and was shouting. While I was talking to the manager she kept on interrupting saying she never shouted. I informed Ferry I was going to make a complaint about her behaviour. In front of her manger she said I should go ahead and complain. That pharmacy has to be the worst ever. The staff are rude even when they not under pressure and it is not busy (and that sometimes that includes the pharmacist). They are always short staffed and do not not know how to treat the customers. The last time I was there a male member of staff was behaving really aggressive to a female member of the public. The pharmacy is disgrace and should be closed down.

Worst pharmacy I have ever seen in my life. Staff are very rude and don’t know how to treat customers. I went there to collect moisturiser for my daughter and staff told it hasn’t come. I told them it was prescribed 1 week before by the GP the guy checked his system again and replied it was given to someone else and told me to come after 2 days. Please avoid this pharmacy if you can !
