The pharmacy staff here work so hard for all their customers and do it with kindness and efficiency. Today they were very busy but were still cheerful.

UPDATE: Went to pick up meds which the repeat script said would be available the previous day. Was told it wasn’t there, yet they didn’t even have a look for it on the rack. Then dismissed quickly because there was a long queue. Now I’m three days without my meds and not doing well at all.

THIS STORE NEEDS MORE STAFF!!

Recently had to wait forty minutes before I was even served in the pharmacy. Not the store’s fault but head office should pay a higher wage and keep their employees happy, and actually hire enough people so that when people leave or are sick, they actually have enough colleagues.

One lady who served me on another occasion made me feel really unwanted in the store, I got some odd vibes from her as she was short, blunt, and rude.

Shut at lunchtime and pharmacy closed at the same time as the other one in town, which seems a bit thoughtless.
Staff shortage?
Another time: waited ten minutes at pharmacy while several people on the other side consulted with each other without acknowledging my existence at all.

Turned up after 530 to pick up prescription, as website said shop open. I was totally unaware it was for emergencys only. To be treated like dirt, aggressive pharmacist said he would "do it this time, but will never again" and made me feel awful. If I had been horrid and demanding I could understand his reaction but I was flabbergasted and quite frankly disgusted in his behaviour. He also made a point to say he would put a note on my file like I was q criminal!

Longish wait for pharmacy,almost always have to order and pick up next day, pharmacy closed over lunchtime. Quite a small store for a Boots.

Waited 40mins to collect a prescription, only 1 person serving yet there were 4 staff!!! I know they have other things to do, but when they can see the queue getting longer, please put another member of staff on. X

Pharmacy a let down. Most customers told items unavailable and to try Merricks. They showed me that my item was available (a box of tablets) and they took 30 minutes to dispense it.
